By accessing or using CMANverify's website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use our services.

CMANverify provides a digital platform for automated VTU (Virtual Top-Up) services, utility bill payments, identity verification, CAC registration, and exam PIN generation in Nigeria.

Airtime & Data: Instant top-ups and data bundles for MTN, Airtel, Glo, and 9mobile networks.

Utility Bills: Electricity bill payments across all major distribution companies (DISCOs).

Identity Verification: Real-time NIN and BVN validation services for individuals and enterprises.

CAC Registration: Business Name, LTD, and NGO registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission.

Exam PINs: WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, and NBAIS result checker and registration PINs.

Cable TV: DSTV, GOTV, and Startimes subscription renewals.

Service availability may vary and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

CMANverify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are used for illegal purposes.

One person may maintain only one active account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated at our discretion.

All prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your bank card details on our servers.

Wallet Funding: You can fund your CMANverify wallet via bank transfer or card payment. Funded amounts are non-refundable except in cases of proven system errors.

Transaction Failures: If a transaction fails but your wallet is debited, the amount will be automatically reversed within 24 hours. If not, contact our support team.

No Chargebacks: Successful transactions for digital goods (airtime, data, PINs) cannot be reversed once delivered.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be reflected on the platform before transactions are completed.

You agree not to use CMANverify for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Using the platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems

• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with our platform without authorization

• Reselling services at inflated prices while misrepresenting CMANverify as the source

• Submitting false or misleading identity verification requests

• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the platform's operation

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

CMANverify provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party service providers (network operators, banks, government agencies), force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

These limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.

Your continued use of CMANverify after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact us to deactivate your account.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or the courts of competent jurisdiction in Nigeria.
